Although I had to wait 4 weeks for an emergency appointment, the service today was good. My appointment was ahead of time and treatment was less painful than expected. Thank you.

Once again a pleasant dental check up with Richard Stewart. He takes time to explain every part of the procedure. Excellent for those who are nervous about going to the dentist. The practice kept me well informed as to when my appointment would be, and the receptionist came across well with a friendly manner. Overall a good experience.

Very reassuring, calm and thorough experience
I am a really anxious person when it comes to visiting the dentist, so much so that I’ve put off going for years. I had read reviews about Victoria house and how lovely and friendly the staff are there and the reviews weren’t wrong - the reception staff are really welcoming and the dentist (Anas) and dental nurse completely put me at ease during my check up. Very reassuring, calm and went through everything with care. So pleased I changed dental practice, they took my fear away and really did put me at ease.
