Dr. Fahim and Eva are fantastic with toddlers. We were nervous about our two-year-old's first check-up, but the entire visit was handled well. The dentist took the time to explain everything and used such a calm, playful approach that our son was completely at ease. There were no tears, only smiles! It's clear that they understand how to connect with little ones, making sure their first dental memory is a happy one.

My surgery of choice
Victoria House is a very good practice. I have found the reception staff always do their best to meet the hopes and expectations that I’ve presented to them!

My new dentist was friendly and welcoming and chatted to me throughout my checkup, explaining what he was doing and why. I am to be seen again in 6 months and will need more thorough removal of plaque than I am able to manage at home. Again this was explained and demonstrated by studying my x-ray pictures over a time period, so I would see for myself the necessity of what he recommended - and he listened to me! A big plus for any medical professional . Happy to come back in 6 months!

Clear, efficient, professional
I first saw Gemma, the hygienist, who advised me about future care, as well as cleaning and polishing my teeth. I then saw the dentist, Fahim. The plan for the appointment was the replacement of a filling, but since my last appointment, part of a filling had fallen out of another tooth. To my suprise and delight, Fahim managed to fill both teeth at this appointment. All was clear, efficient, professional.
