They were very caring
My dentist knows I have a dental phobia. He took the time to listen to why I struggle and he tailored my treatment to give me the best care. He talked me through it step by step and gave me the time I needed. His assistant was very supportive too, by offering to hold my hand. They were both very caring and it was the most positive dental experience I've had.
