Amazing, very professional

I had a hygienist appointment (Charlotte). She was amazing, very professional and caring at the same time. She listened actively and answered to my questions in a kind and attentive manner.

Member of Reception staff I dealt with on arrival and at the end was lovely - friendly, helpful and efficient.
Check up appointment did what it needed to do but I had to wait 20 minutes after my scheduled time in order to be seen.
