Everything was explained to me

I had a check up and it was very efficient to be followed up with an extraction. Everything was explained to me very clearly, Reception was good, my appointment was on time so I was very pleased with my visit.

Caring professionalism

We were warmly received at reception and welcomed with understanding for our physical limitations by Arti and her nurse. No treatment was required but we were given helpful advice with courtesy and friendly informality. The whole experience was conducted with caring professionalism.

Friendly and efficient

Charlotte was friendly and professional as always, giving advice and suggestions and left my teeth sparkly for Mr Adloo. Mr Adloo also professional and friendly and efficient.... as someone who is a bit phobic about going to the dentist, they both make the visits much less stressful.
