My appointment with the hygienist Gemma was excellent as always. She was very thorough and explained everything to me. She did everything in a caring and professional manner. I would certainly recommend Gemma and Victoria House Dental Practice.

Emergency appointment
I visited as an emergency appointment. I called in the morning and was politely told that there were no appointments left for the day, but if they received a cancellation they would phone me and let me know. Otherwise I would have to call from 8:30 tomorrow morning. I was very surprised to receive a call to say there had been a cancellation and that a lady called Divya would be able to see me today. Divya was lovely, very thorough and easy to talk to. She took an xray and gave me a good examination. I had a gum infection, so she prescribed antibiotics for me. Everyone was very polite and I left feeling happy that my problem had me sorted

Hygienist appointment
I don’t like going to the hygienist but on this occasion big shout out to Clare. She was really good, didn’t take my gums (no blood at all) and was very gentle.
