The dentist was very careful and thorough explaining afterwards what she had discovered and the treatment recommended. I was kept waiting 30 minutes even though my appointment had been put back ten minutes a few days earlier by the surgery. As a result I had to bring my consultation to a speedy end as I needed to leave. I realise delays are unavoidable but this seemed rather excessive and unusual.
