Attentive & helpful

Richard Steward is an excellent dentist, with a very caring attitude. He always answers any questions or concerns & is very thorough.
He is very patient & reassuring with children, & always takes time to explain what he is going to do & what, if anything you should feel, & he shows the children what implements he will be using.
It’s a shame there aren’t more NHS dentists like him. I would highly recommend to anyone & he is very good with nervous patients.

Even though I hate dental appointments, Richard, my dentist is always patient with me. Does his best to allay my fears, explains everything fully, ensuring I understand my treatment plans and options. My appointments are mainly within a few minutes of the allocated time but if there is a delay the nurse informs me. I recommend this dentist to my friends and my family are also with this practice

Treated me with respect and kindness
I was very impressed with the way that I was treated. I had a bit of a dizzy spell when I entered the room and the dentist insisted that I sat down gave me some water and gave me time to recover. I was completely relaxed during the procedure. Both the dentist and nurse treated me with respect and kindness and I would like to thank them.

Hygienist appointment
Had a long overdue hygienist appointment with Janet today, so she had her work cut out.
She is not only fabulous at what she does but she is always reassuring and puts me at ease. She gives advice in a way that makes me feel more confident going forward with my own self care and not in a patronising way.
She is extremely skilled and kind, and I am lucky to have her as my hygienist.
