The service was good

Appointment was a little late but the service was good. Went for a check up and found a chip. Dentist was able to mend it without making another appointment which is valuable to me as I work and find it hard to get time off for appointments.

Clear treatment plans

Richard Stewart is an excellent dentist, not only technically but he’s so friendly and down to earth. Clear treatment plans, no feeling of doing anything more than is needed and I make a 1.5 hour round trip to see him - I wouldn’t want to change dentist!

A temporary fix

I broke my capped front tooth on holiday and one of your dentists kindly fitted me in on my return to the UK. The dentist was clear that he would do his best for a temporary fix but it may not work. I was more than happy to accept the outcome. The receptionists before and after my appointment were very helpful and managed to fit me in later next month with my usual dentist to try and find a more permanent fix. Thank you all.
