I was treated with care and sensitivity, the dentist explained the process as she went through it and was extremely professional.

Last night a filling fell out. I rang the surgery at 08:30 and explained my situation. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and offered me an appointment with Dr Richard at 14:10. I did not accept as I had a prior appointment in Nottingham at 14:00. My wife rang the Nottingham appointment to see if it could be moved right and they were amenable to do so. Whilst my wife was on the phone I rang the surgery again to see if the original appointment was still available. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, the appointment was still available, therefore I gratefully accepted it. I attended the surgery 10 minutes early and was seen by Dr Richard within 5 minutes of my appointment. He and his assistant were most friendly and helpful. He explained the situation including options and costs. On this occasion I opted for a private ‘white’ filling. The service provided by the reception staff, dental assistant and Dr Richard was excellent and I am so glad that this surgery is still a NHS practice. With so much of the country struggling and stead without NHS coverage I found this practice to be exemplary.

I was seen very quickly and was very impressed and pleased by how I was treated and the way the extraction was carried out.

Khatija saw me for my six monthly check-up. She was thorough and explained what she had seen with my teeth and gums.

Extremely good, I was extremely nervous and scared because of other peoples reviews about it and how painful it is. It was not painful what so ever, all I felt was the vibrations, definitely have one if you need one. Hadeja absolutely fantastic the best dentist out there!

I arrive a little early and was seen on time the dentist and his assistant were polite & efficient.

I am 42 years old and have been at your surgery for all of that time. I had Mr Maud for the vast majority of that time and then a couple of others. I can honestly say that Clix is by far the best dentist I have ever had. I have seen him 3 times now and I have always found him to be polite and friendly, very professional and conscientious. I am very happy with the service/treatment that he has provided.

I had a routine checkup today with Fahim which went really well. I was seen on time, Fahim was very calm and welcoming, and explained everything he was doing. The reception staff were efficient at sorting out the payment and making my next appointment. Overall, a very good experience.

I received forms to fill out in advance which allowed me to inform my dentist of my reasonable adjustments to help me cope with the appointment. The dentist prompted me to use these accommodations and was supportive throughout. All aspects of the procedure were explained appropriately.

Arti is great, she keeps me calm and always tells me what I have to do afterwards.

This last 7 months I have been going to.see Fahim Miah. I had to have all my top.teeth taken out. I was made to feel.at ease each time , he was so compassionate. I had to wait 5 months to have a full denture fitted. He made me feel so at ease every time I went to see him., so so caring , never felt that before thank you.
