Sherwood House got me in straight away for an emergency appointment. When I got there I was greeted by friendly helpful staff who then got me in to see the dental surgeon right on my appointment time. The dentist was superb, very gentle and got straight to the cause of my problem. Can't recommend this practice enough, 5 stars.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the practice and the modern equipment. The dentist and dental nurse were polite, thorough and very helpful. The dentist took time to explain carefully the procedures and options. It would have been helpful to have a receipt itemising the cost breakdown for the different procedures. Altogether a very efficient service. Thank you.

Excellent service, with was very worried about attending my appointment but when I met my dentist he was great and reassured me I would be fine.

I think this practice is fantastic. I cannot recommend it enough. Been in today for an extraction and a filling and I can't believe how smooth it went and how relaxed the lovely dentist made me feel.
She done an amazing job and I left thinking that was just such a lovely practice from the moment I went to reception right through every stage of my visit every member of staff was incredible. I'm a very anxious and nervous patient and I honestly couldn't have been more relaxed.

I was very nervous about going dentist as not been for a long time but I was made to feel at ease straight away.

Came in yesterday for treatment with Manish... I'm not keen on injections, but he has a very calm and patient manner.

When you walk into the the building the interior decor is very nice, clean, modern and cosy without the horrible dentist smell that I’ve experienced in my old practice this as a results helped to calm my nerves.
The reception staff are very friendly and helpful and they are always smiling and put you completely at ease if your a bit anxious. It was also nice to chat to the practice manger who sits at the front desk whom is fantastic with customers and whom has a great sense of humour !
In other practices I’ve found the manager is no where to be seen Which can cause issues in regards to raising query’s which need more senior attention to address.
When I was called up for my appointment to see the dentist I was taken upstairs by a nice friendly young lady whom was very reassuring.
The treatment room itself was the nicest looking treatment room I’ve ever been in as my previous dentists was really shabby and basic in comparison....there was even a tv on the ceiling !!!
The dentist was very friendly and welcoming, he even had a smile on his face !
Although I was initially nervous and battling ptsd because of the previous practice this was first time I have ever enjoyed a visit to the dentist....which I think sums this review up nicely !
