So I recently left JDRM Dental in Coalville and moved to Sherwood House Dental Practice it was a GREAT decision! I went a couple of weeks ago due to my sister saying how good it was and she was absolutely right best experience I've ever had at a dentist. The staff are welcoming and the person who checked my teeth was lovely couldn't be any happier with the service I got. The rest of my family are even considering moving after having such bad experiences at JDRM so be expecting more of us from the Hall family lol.

Hadnt been to a dentist in between 8-9 years my last dentist was jdrm Loughborough came here and made me feel very relaxed as was very nervous great staff A +++++

My wife and I visited Sherwood Dental Practice just before Christmas and we managed to get booked in for our first appointment within 7 days.

We saw Dipak who advised us both on options regarding our dental work. We decided to have many of our teeth done privately as we were advised that the NHS would only cover teeth with problems (Not cosmetic issues). So even though a tooth might have a chip with no issues, it was considered cosmetic.

They charge 120 for a composite filling per tooth, which for the geographical area, seemed quite reasonable. The NHS only approve composite fillings between the canines, so this wasn't an option for some of our potential work. We didn't want mercury amalgam fillings as they dont bond with the tooth and more tooth has to be drilled away.

For two treatment plans consisting of: 9 composite fillings and 1 crown, between two people, we were done within 15 days. The practice manager made a special effort to get our crown back from the lab within 7 days (normally taking two weeks). We were offered tea and coffee while we waiting for one another also.

Just had 1st "assessment" appointment. Very friendly staff. Dentist explained clearly what he was going to do, x-rays etc, and then ran through treatment options afterwards. Didn't need to ask any questions, as everything explained simply.

I was very happy with my first experience at Sherwood House Dental Practice. I was put very much at ease and also the dentist listened to my concerns.

Manesh is a fantastic dentist, my 8 year old daughter is scared to death of the dentist and he manages to calm her down and reassure her and keep patient!

Very clean and attractive surroundings; friendly and welcoming practice manager. Dentist Dilan and Mel friendly, welcoming and efficient. Dilan particularly helpful in explaining and discussing, in a relaxed manner, the present situation and the best way to proceed. Feel relaxed and happy that I have chosen this practice (on the recommendation of a friend).
