Wicked, went in, sat down. Greeted by Emily who lights up the room like a “shall we see if the tree lights still work moment”, then sat on a comfy chair that was a perfect distance from the radio that you could contemplate everything and not be drowned by the harrowing echoes of Katy Perry’s teenage dream, after that I had me tooth’s looked at. They guided me on where to improve and where not to improve. And gave me expert advice on how to maintain my pearly whites. Would highly recommend teeth for life. As without them you would have to live on soup.

Saw Dawn (the hygienist) this morning and she was absolutely incredible. I’m always nervous about visiting and she was just so lovely and made me feel so comfortable. She reassured me the whole time, and I left feeling happy 😊 Thank you Dawn, you were amazing 🤩

Had an appointment with Adam earlier. Had a cracked tooth so wasn’t sure what to expect. He explained the options for treatment very clearly and went ahead immediately. The whole experience lasted about 25 minutes. I can’t recommend Adam and his team highly enough. Very professional and efficient, big thumbs up from me.

Effective, caring and friendly
As always the visit was highly professional, effective, caring and friendly. The dentist Rebecca and her chair side assistant were incredibly kind and went out of their way to be kind and reassuring. The whole visit including being able to book an appointment was excellent.

Appointment
Had some concerns regarding a molar, wasn’t sure if tooth, jaw or something unrelated. Am a Denplan patient so thought I'd get my dentist to check. That went well and very helpful and explained what it could be. Problem came when I went to leave. When I phoned for appointment I explained that I had not had to have an emergency appointment before and asked how worked. What I wasn’t told was this type of appointment was not covered under my plan. At no point prior was I told there would be a charge for the visit. It came as a shock. Maybe a little underhanded to not make people aware of costs before providing a service / plan does not cover. Perhaps I was a little naive? So had to pay £67.50 for a 5 minute appointment, but that did include my 10% discount. Lesson learnt, although it does smart.
