Communication is excellent

I've been a patient at King's since it first opened. I can't fault anything at the practice. Like everywhere, there can be problems with time keeping or administrative errors, but these are rare. The staff are incredibly friendly and the practice is accessible. Communication is excellent and I always feel safe in the building too. I can't say a bad word, because I am so grateful for all the staff do.

When we called for an appointment we were seen within 1 week, on the day we were seen on time.
The appointment was for a check up but we received a clean and were given some advice on looking after our teeth

Excellent service at all levels.
I found I hurt myself lifting up from lying back on the reclining chair. This might be something to warn elderly patients about, as 1 in 2 women over 70 will have osteoporosis like me and apparently it hurts your back and you may be unaware it will. I don't know the outcome of the treatment yet.
