My experience at King's Dental Practice was, on the whole, quite positive. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were friendly and efficient, making the check-in process seamless. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I was seen by the dentist promptly at my appointment time, which is always a good sign.
The dentist was excellent. He was professional, approachable, and took the time to explain the procedure in detail, addressing all my concerns with patience. He was gentle throughout the treatment, and I felt confident that I was in capable hands. The dental nurse assisting her was also very kind and helpful.
The clinic itself is well-maintained and appears to have modern equipment. They made sure to follow all the necessary hygiene protocols, which was reassuring. The only minor drawback was the slightly high cost compared to other local practices, but I believe the quality of service justifies the price.
