Explained everything clearly

I was very pleased with the receptionist and the help she gave me, professional and caring.
The dentist was also professional and caring and explained everything clearly so I completely understood.

Parking at King's Dental Practice is not a problem
The reception is very good with a relaxed and very professional atmosphere
Your first name is usually used when they want you to attend which is a nice touch
Once you're in to see the dentist you'll meet with a friendly atmosphere
My dentist begins treatment the advises you whatever necessary steps you might need to take by yourself to enhance your treatment
They're always ready to discuss anything and walk you through any treatment step by step
Overall I find them exceedingly good in what they do and how they handle you

Welcoming and patient with my son

The reception was very welcoming and patient with my son. He's 16 and autistic, he wanted to book in himself but didn’t understand some of what she was saying. She didn't rush him and was patient with his responses. We didn’t have a long wait at all. We went up to a dentist we haven't seen before - she was so friendly and patient with my son. We couldn't do what we needed to do and she very nicely explained that we can come back in 3 months and try again. Overall it was a very speedy and pleasant experience.
