My experience
My appointment was at 11.30
I went 11.25 and asked if running on time so reception said yes. I waited till 11.40 then asked reception again
Then at 11.45 I went upto reception to say can you tell dentist I’m still waiting
Went in a few mins after and was told they were catching up on paperwork.
I told dentists I came and waited and had to remind receptionist two times.
Inside my cheek is grazed. I told dentist, she looked as it was stinging, she cut with sharp instrument. Not very happy
I came home and can feel inside cheek where skin is cut top left top side. I did not read review policy as I cannot find it but tick that I read it so can submit
