I came in with toothache that had worsened, I was in so much pain I couldn’t sleep, I couldn’t eat, it was very bad.
I came in and the two ladies on reception (forgive me I didn’t ask your names) they were sweet and cheerful, they made the pain while waiting to be seen a little better.
I must admit I wasn’t happy waiting but that’s my fault, I should’ve said that I was in pain.
I appreciate the staff for all the help that they gave though I wasn’t happy that I got home and felt twice as much pain than I came in with -I understand now that that was part of the treatment.
Throughout the whole experience from the time I came in and also after the appointment the staff have been helpful so Thanky ou.
Overall the timings were efficient, the cleanliness was good and the staff were good.

I visited the dentist last week, my appointment was on time and found all staff very friendly. I returned today for a follow up appointment with the hygienist and I have to commend her on how friendly and professional she was! I explained that I was nervous at the start of my appointment and she ensured that every so often she would stop to see if I was okay or needed a break.i would highly recommend this dental practice based on my experience.

Tooth extraction
As somebody who hates the dentist having a tooth out filled me with fear. The Dentist I saw was very kind, calm and talked me through everything. Even apologised because the needle was going to hurt. I couldn't believe how quickly it was all over. Thank you.

A good experience
I always have a good experience at the dental practice. My dentist always explains everything and gives the opportunity for me to ask questions. He gives good advice and explains the plan and follow up clearly and I believe him to be very thorough.

Notification about good and bad experience
Lavanya Sundaram is a greatest dentist. Honest working dentist. But I was really disappointed with the appointments. The receptionists told we will get in touch for available next appointment. I waited more than 2 month's. Nobody called me for next available appointment. I called by myself after 2 months of wait. I arranged an appointment for myself.

Ok, you give people an appointment at 11 o’clock, the patient arrives before 11, waiting there for 15/20 minutes, no problem but if the patient's appointment is at 11 and unfortunately if they arrive after 5 minutes you cancel the appointment, what is the justification? You only think for yourself, not for the patient, you should improve more and the dentist does not do anything. People waiting there for 15/20 minutes, when the dentist calls to go inside, they check for only 3/4 minutes and say "Ok fine, go to the receptionist, they will make another appointment".
