Usually I'm waiting over my appointment time, I was straight in, dentist lady was lovely, and looks like they have got new receptionists. The one I saw was lovely. Where the old receptionist was very rude.

Receptionists are nice, dentist was nice, the only thing I will say is that I had to wait 30mins after my appointment time to be seen so thats why I didn’t give 5 stars for rating.

My experience
The Dr seen, she was very good no issues doing a good job, putting the pain in the mouth to bed.
However the initial call to try and get this emergency appointment for a vulnerable adult was absolutely ridiculous. I understand why an emergency appointment is made and would not be calling the next day at 9.00am to do this if the pain was bearable. To be told if the Dr sees no pain will cancel the appointment and not be seen! The treatment was carried out as clearly can see the issue.
I ask to train and emphasise customer service at first point makes a lasting impression. I rang another surgery to be added. However as the care from the Dr was very good it was decided to stay with this surgery.
