My experience

Not satisfied with the service.
Went for a routine check up and the doctor didn’t even ask me any question and didn’t even check my teeth properly. I was in and out of the room in 3 minutes.

My experience

The hygienist was very clear in what she was telling me in terms of my gum problem. I have a better understanding of how to deal with it now. I have gum disease for a number of years now and only today did I learn I will always have it, it doesn't go away, it's just about managing it. I just felt it was a bit painful in places when having a scale and polish to the point were I shouted and I am usually a good customer and she kept going back to the same spot instead of giving it a minute but it's my own fault for not looking after my teeth.

Really good dentist

Really good dentist, very nice, asking me throughout the hour appointment if am all ok as I was having a root canal. I would definitely recommend this surgery.

Excellent service as always. Staff are very professional and polite. They cater to nervous patients like me and make your visit as easy as possible. I wouldn't go to any other dentist now. Reception staff are amazing. They've always helped with any issues I've had via through the phone or face to face. Great surgery. 👍
