Great dentist and service
Brilliant service as an NHS patient. I turned up to be greeted by reception where I checked in. Shortly after I was called in to Tzu Chien Lin's dental office and seen to. The dentist was very professional and helpful in answering any questions. I was very comfortable with the examination and the X rays, polish etc. Great dentist and service. Highly recommended.

have had great experience in longsight dental practice. I have got gums disease and I have been visiting my previous dental practice over 2 year and don’t they haven’t done anything and keep tell me we have referred to a dental specialist. I have waited 2 years but no treatment or appointment from specialist received. At the point my gums were so bad that I couldn’t eating properly.
Now I registered my self in longsight dental practice and attended my first appointment today. I was given all the details very carefully and dentist Tzu Chien Lin was very professional and first time I have seen a very professional and kind dentist who gave me all the information I needed and explained all the treatment I will receive. After visiting this practice I have no worries and I know I will be getting the right treatment and care. A huge thanks to MR Tzu Chien Lin.

I was accepted here as a very nervous NHS patient in December. I had a full check up and needed a deep filling. Dentist Nida was utterly professional and reassuring throughout, and Izzy the dental nurse likewise, so much so that I wouldn't hesitate or worry if future treatment was needed. The reception team are a welcoming and happy bunch too. Highly recommended, thank you.

Gentle and reassuring
I cannot recommend Dr. Bilal and his assistant highly enough. From the moment I sat in the chair, they could see how nervous and anxious I was, and they treated me with nothing but dignity, patience, and genuine care throughout the entire appointment.
Dr. Bilal was incredibly gentle and reassuring, explaining everything step by step and speaking to me throughout the whole filling so I never felt unsure or alone. His assistant was equally kind and attentive, constantly checking in on me and making sure I was comfortable at every stage.
What really stood out was their compassion. They never rushed me, never dismissed my nerves, and made me feel truly heard and respected. Their calm, friendly manner turned what I was dreading into a surprisingly positive experience.
If you’re someone who feels anxious about dental treatment, I honestly couldn’t think of a better dentist to be under the care of. Thank you, Dr. Bilal and team, for your professionalism, kindness, and for making such a difference today.
