Initially the very warm welcome from reception and Paula the hygienist is the most empathetic and friendly professional I’ve personally ever experienced and makes trips to the dentist less daunting! 5 star customer service all round, we are lucky to have such a fantastic practice!

Attended as my brother's carer who has dementia. The dentist James was very pleasant, explained everything to my brother and myself well enough for my brother to comment on how well he had been treated.

Brilliant as always
I was seen really promptly by both the hygienist and the dentist. Both are really pleasant people and very efficient. The reception staff are lovely.

Over 30 years of excellent support
Very much appreciate Mr McGrath and his team, who consistently go above and beyond to support. I feel fortunate that I’ve grown up able to address any dental issues that have arisen without the stereotypical fear attached to the profession. Although a few decades on, I do miss the stickers with the dinosaurs on that I used to have after a visit!
Particularly in this last year, Mr McGrath and his team took care of my dad, working with kindness and compassion to prioritise his patient care. I know that my dad was grateful for the support and so am I for the follow ups. Thank you for doing what you do.
