Comfortable, calm
All the staff are friendly, from walking in to the reception, treatment from both my hygienist Paula and Don (Mr McGrath) my Dentist make visits comfortable, calm and pleasant.

Amal is a lovely Dentist, listens to any of my concerns. She ensures that I am aware of exactly what is going to happen during procedures and ensures my questions are answered. She makes my appointments go by very smoothly and I would highly recommend her!

The service with Dentist, hygienist and receptionist was all good, only minor issue was waiting area - you’ve expanded the surgery and increased treatment rooms unfortunately the waiting area is now not big enough for capacity.

Efficiency and prioritisation of patient care
The efficiency and prioritisation of patient care. My dentist, Ms Sharma is superb. My appointment was at 2pm and a member of the reception staff phoned to tell me the practice is closed between 1 pm and 2pm. It was a cold day and she wanted to warn me not to arrive too early as I would be standing outside. A very thoughtful call which is indicative of the practice’s excellent attitude towards patient care.

Repair of broken tooth
Preeti knew nothing about the broken tooth until I arrived for my scheduled review. She (and the nurse whose name I have forgotten - sorry) did a great job and I am now functioning with a magnificently repaired tooth. Many thanks.

The care and politeness of both my dentist and her assistant. Miss Sharma is the best dentist and I’m lucky to have her.

I'm so glad I made the decision to register with Glen Maye. This was my third appointment (routine examinations), and the practice is always very punctual, clean, the reception staff are friendly, the dentists and dental assistants are lovely. I have zero complaints.
