Lovely staff and very happy with my visit. Dr Saba Jaffery and her nurse Vicky were extremely caring and helpful and put me at ease. Would highly recommend this practice. The reception staff were very busy, however went above and beyond to accommodate me and were friendly and helpful in their approach. Would also highly recommend the hygienist Sam!

My experience

Came to my appointment and was given mouth guard to take up to my appointment to be fitted, after waiting 25 minutes I was told by the nurse I don’t need to go to my appointment and can leave with the mouth guard, without fitting. Very poor I was sat waiting for 25 minutes late for my appointment time before I was informed I could leave.

Extremely kind hygienist

The hygienist was extremely kind and attentive. I wasn't in pain at any time whilst having my teeth cleaned and wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to either a family member or friend, great communication and was at ease throughout the appointment. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Excellent

My dentist was really excellent, I hoped that Glen Maye hadn’t changed from the solid professional practice I had experienced in the long past… and my dentist fitted perfectly into the tradition of consummate professionalism. She was efficient, reassuring, detailed and made sure she empowered the patient. She explained matters clearly and made the dental visit a pleasure. I look forwards to my next visit! And I will act on advice she offered.
