My experience
The practice is very clean and staff are friendly. My dentist involved me in the plan of action. Appointment reminders are good. The only negative is the dentist always runs late normally 30-45 mins delay, which isn’t good.

The friendliness of the receptionist (Gaynor).
She is a credit to you.
Only downside is the size of the waiting area!
One poor lady had to stand (I'm disabled, so couldn't give her my seat) until she was called.

Put my mind at ease
Had problems with a tooth and Preeti squeezed me in between appointments though she was very busy, put my mind at ease and saw to my problem, absolutely brilliant, thank you.

The Dentist was very professional and very pleasant. She made me very relaxed. As did the nurse who was assisting her. The staff on reception were very professional and pleasant.
