Very professional

I had a good warm reception from the team members managing the appointment system when you enter the practice. My hygienist appointment was with Paula, and as always, Paula is very professional with her approach and always takes time to explain the focus you should have to have nice healthy teeth.

Seen on time for my 6 month check up appointment. No treatment needed. I put it down to vigilant brushing and cleaning, and no refined sweet foods in the diet. With the current dental crisis we all need to look after our teeth and help the NHS.

My experience

My hygienist is great as ever. Reception staff very polite and friendly. What I DO NOT like is the resistance to using cash and the needless requirement to pay for treatment and items separately. That is ridiculous.

Really friendly and quick

Really friendly and quick, only had to wait for a couple of minutes. Only downside was that no scrape and polish done which I would expect to be a part of the charge.

Glen Maye Dental Practice

It was my first appointment today and because I have a ileostomy and the high sugar diet and constant dry mouth I was so worried, but the dentist listened to me about everything and she could understand my worries because of the illness I have I’m scared of losing my teeth! She gave me advice on brushing and cleaning in between my teeth with different products which I didn’t know if I could use it. Also gave me a high fluoride toothpaste to help strengthen them, I’ve been to other dentist over the years and the lady dentist made me feel comfortable and put my mind at ease also listened and I was so grateful she did, best dentist and I’ve only been once. Also the receptionist were really helpful and really nice and so welcoming.
