I emailed the practice the night before I was seen with an issue. Gaynor was fantastic. She had already called me back by 8am and explained everything to me, she was kind, professional and understanding. I was then allocated a cancellation appointment with James and his brilliant dental nurse. The appointment was thoroughly explained and carried out efficiently. I was very pleased all round.
