From reception to treatment it’s always a pleasure to visit the practice - Mr McGrath is a great dentist and I travel a 3 hour round trip to be his patient .

Had to wait 25 minutes for my appointment. This happens every time I visit the dentist/hygienist. Price has just gone up too, not sure what else I’m paying for!

Attended an emergency appointment.
I was not waiting long on arrival and I was 10 minutes early.
The dentist I saw was a very nice lady she advised me about the best treatment.
My treatment was done efficiently and I am extremely satisfied.

Such a pleasure to go to my dentist
As always, it is such a pleasure to go to my dentist and staff, well worth a 3-bus journey there and back! The Reception is very welcoming and to listen to, for instance, Gaynor on the phone always makes me smile - she is so kind, polite, patient and understanding, with the patience of an Angel, but firm at the same time. I really enjoy sitting there waiting, taking in the atmosphere.
Then Vicky called me to see Preeti Sharma, my dentist. We had an excellent session, where everything was covered and done, very efficiently, as always. I feel good with Preeti, trust her no end.
The interaction between Preeti and Vicky was brilliant - reminded me of Preeti and Sally. They were like one and could read each other’s mind, wonderful. What a team - I am sure the same will happen with Vicky, because she got an excellent teacher in Preeti.
I am looking forward to my next visit in January!
