My experience
As a new customer I cannot fault the job of dentist and hygienist. However, communication with reception can be improved. I ended up with an extra bill to pay without accepting it in advance just because communication was not clear. Somebody might have issues with spending an extra amount, even if small, unless planned in advance. As a new customer I still want to trust them, hopefully things will improve.

Six month dentistry examination
Cost of treatment should be told to the the patient before treatment to avoid any embarrassment.
The cost may have to be settled in a number of instalments as they may not be able to pay in one immediate payment.

I was in agony with a chipped tooth, blisters and Gaynor the reception was amazing sorting out an emergency appointment for me. She kept me informed and I was seen today. Thank you Gaynor the dentist and nurse for being so understanding and cheery. 10 out of 10.

The best dentist I have seen
Dr. Zahid is by far the best dentist I have seen, makes you feel completely reassured and comfortable when it can be quite nerve wracking and anxiety inducing for a lot of people of all ages, he is very patient with my child who has additional needs which is great cause I have to bring my child to my appointments also, not all dentist are accommodating or pleasant to this but Dr. Zahid is, my mother has him as her dentist too and he brought her much joy and confidence, she loves the guy, the Messi of Dental Practitioners.
