My experience

I was very disappointed. The ‘new’ dentist seemed very inexperienced and appeared to have a supervisor assisting her and speaking up for her a lot.

She barely examined me, just looked around my mouth with the mirror which was over in a few minutes. She never checked my gums Or do the ‘usual’ things I get from a check up and I never got any feedback from her as to how everything was.

I asked a lot of questions to which she said she would have to refer me to someone else as all she does is the basics.

I feel very let down by Glen Maye as I was told beforehand that the new NHS dentists were both fully qualified and had been in dentistry for a long time. I did not get that impression at my appointment.

The dentist was very lovely, but I don’t want someone inexperienced as I am a nervous patient and need someone confident to reassure me and be confident in what they do.

Mr dentist Mr Wynn Roberts is a genius! He did a filling in my front tooth which had a crack in and it looks amazing - better than it was before he is such a professional and brilliant at his job - thank you, I can smile showing my teeth now!

My experience

My dentist was nice and examined my teeth and took dental X-rays. However, I was dissatisfied when I didn’t not have a clean as part of my appointment.
