Staff were kind to my toddler

When I rang to book there were no appointments available, but the reception staff rang back to offer me a cancelled spot. On the day, I was seen promptly and the dentist was particularly skilled at administering the local anaesthetic - I barely felt it go in. The filling was done efficiently. Staff were kind to my toddler but not distracted by her, she very much enjoyed the fish tank in the waiting area.

Well organised and friendly

Professional reception greeting ladies, well organised and friendly, whole experience was exceptional. I am a nervous patient and was out at my ease straight away.
