I rang first thing in the morning for an emergency appointment as I had been suffering with toothache, I was given an appointment for that morning. Everybody is always so helpful .

My experience

I had an appointment with the hygienist yesterday (Tuesday) and although she was pleasant, she seemed very distracted and scatty the whole time I was there. While I was in the chair she chatted with her nurse about a job interview she had gone for and how many nice bakeries there were in the vicinity. I felt these were inappropriate things to be discussing. She also only gave my teeth a very quick, surface clean, which I didn’t feel was good value for money at £65. I left feeling rather disappointed with the whole experience.

Myself and my daughter had our check ups here on the 8th November 2022, with our regular dentist, Mark McAfee, and as usual he was very friendly, helpful and professional.
Our appointments were slightly delayed by around half an hour but Mark and his assistant apologised for the delay and explained the reason why.

My experience

I rang the practice saying that I would be running a few minutes late for my appointment. Was told by the receptionist that the dentist may not be able to see me for being late. I've waited almost 6-months for this appointment and to be told this is unacceptable and not very professional. To say I did make my appointment on time but not without any distress.
