Caring and efficient

I had a sore tooth and I was given an appointment fairly quickly. On the day the dentist removed the tooth without the need for another appointment. He was very caring and efficient. Therefore, it made the experience as stress free as possible.

Immediately put at ease

It was my first time at Glen Maye having registered with the practice the previous month. As a pretty nervous patient I was immediately put at ease by Farhan Zahid, the dentist who attended to me and the dental nurse assistant, Casey. Both had a really wonderful, friendly and reassuring manner. Farhan explained everything clearly as he went along, stopping several times to make sure I was comfortable. I came away feeling much more reassured and less nervous about future appointments down to his considerate and truly professional approach. He and Casey are an asset to the practice. Thank you so much.

Excellent service

The whole experience from reception to treatment is always customer-centred and I have never experienced anything but excellent service. My dentist Ms Sharma is superb and takes a genuine interest in her patients, this relational approach really makes a visit to the dentist more pleasant irrespective of the treatment. The quality of advice, treatment and care is second to none.
