Place was like a building site. Noisy and difficult to hear what was being said. Felt like I was being pushed into private hygienist appointment at £50.

Explained fully

I was able to see a dentist on the day I requested an appointment as I had a problem with a tooth.
Dentist listened to me and explained fully what was needed to be done.

A fun visit

Had a fun visit with Mr McGrath and Steph. Very professional and carefully treated. I will miss Mr McGrath as I am staying on with NHS for now. I wish him all the best in the future.

Very thorough, very methodical

Mark was very welcoming after not seeing him for some years.
Very thorough, very methodical, a very good communicator giving well judged advice. Clearly very busy, but at the same time in no way being pushy of acting time pressured.
The reception staff were extremely helpful and very ‘can do’.
