Very thorough, very methodical

Mark was very welcoming after not seeing him for some years.
Very thorough, very methodical, a very good communicator giving well judged advice. Clearly very busy, but at the same time in no way being pushy of acting time pressured.
The reception staff were extremely helpful and very ‘can do’.

A fun visit

Had a fun visit with Mr McGrath and Steph. Very professional and carefully treated. I will miss Mr McGrath as I am staying on with NHS for now. I wish him all the best in the future.

A good experience for me

I’m a very nervous patient and Mark Mcafee understands this and treats me accordingly always putting me at ease. Reception staff friendly and cheerful and dental nurse efficient. All in all a good experience for me.

On time, efficient and friendly service. Nice to be able to walk into surgery again instead of waiting outside. Plus safety conscious as masks are still issued.
