Wonderful people skills
After a traumatic experience on my previous visit for emergency treatment, I was anxious about this visit. In fact I almost did a 'runner' in the waiting room. However, Don McGrath put me at ease. We talked about the last time and how it had affected me. The treatment went well and took away most of the fear I had been experiencing.
Please thank Don and his nurse for their care and attention. Wonderful people skills displayed by both of them.
