Recent appointment
All staff friendly, as always didn’t wait long to be called. You still have sign on door not to knock on door but to ring the weather wasn’t very kind and nobody was answering the phone, I do think this needs to change now winter is here. My one and only complaint is the increase in price of £10 for the use of PPE and only to be told if the charge AFTER I had my treatment. I actually work for the NHS and am aware of how much PPE costs. I don’t have an issue with any costs being passed onto the client but I do have an issue with the lack of communication.

All the staff are amazing - from the receptionists to the dentists - they were brilliant and fitted me in on the day with a very painful back tooth and pain free the day after!! Can’t recommend them enough.
