Warm and professional service
The online check in process was first rate and made reduced contact much easier.
Having a meet and greet at the door, with hand sanitiser on entry, and then been escorted straight to the practice room was very good.
Everyone I had contact with was very warm and friendly.
Both the dentist and hygienist were at pains to explain what they were doing and why so I was fully informed of the treatments been carried out and never felt rushed during the visit.
All in all very very warm and professional service.

The whole process is always well run, smooth and efficient.
Even during these strange Covid times, all the staff was very pleasant and just as friendly as ever. I'm quite a nervous patient (esp if treatments required ) and DFKMc always puts me at ease, even if I do talk his socks off! Thank you team.

Got an appointment first thing the following day after a crown fell out late afternoon. Although I do need further work the crown was put back on, no pain and at little cost. Will be going back to have it sorted out properly but for the time being aesthetically I'm happy.

The dentist Alex Crawford and dental nurse Sarah are absolutely amazing. Cannot praise them enough, so good with kids, supportive and so helpful. Cannot recommend enough.
