Dental nurses are very friendly when they guide the patient to the surgery.
Dentist was so patient with my worries regarding my teeth and was very thorough in explaining ongoing treatment plans.

My appointment was for 11am. On arrival, I was informed 20 minutes running late. At 11.25 I was informed again it would be another 30 minutes. I had another appointment, which I missed because of this. It would be professional if the client could be texted and notified if the dentist is running late. I had 3 messages confirming my 11 am appointment, something like this needs to be put in place which would help the client
