My experience
My appointment was scheduled for 12:00. At 12:20 I was still waiting for asked reception for an update. I was advised they’re running behind so asked me to reschedule. It would have been nice to be told upon arrival that I would not be seen on time or whilst I was sat waiting. Had I cancelled the appointment on the day I would have faced a financial penalty.

Amazing service
Wow what an amazing service!! My children enjoy being at the reception because of the fish tank upon arrival. The dentist, Nida, was fantastic. Thank you so much for looking after my mum, she's relieved and pain has drastically reduced.

My experience
Checkup lasted less than 5mins. I had explained a small issue I was having and this wasn’t addressed at all. Appreciate that NHS doesn’t pay as well as private, but the difference in service is marked. Previously there would always be some time with the pick and a quick polish, last two visits the dentist barely looked or listened to me.

Excellent treatment
Needed an emergency appointment and was given one very quickly to suit. Mr Wynne-Roberts was very thorough and took time to explain the issue with my tooth and what he was doing at each stage. He was very friendly and professional and I was immensely grateful for the excellent treatment I received today.

Emergency appointment
I had been given a same day emergency appointment to see a different dentist than I usually see.
The receptionist I dealt with was very helpful and rang me back promptly as promised.
Following a thorough checkup, my problem diagnosed, I am very happy with my treatment.
