Very pleasant and helpful
Appointment ran ahead of schedule. My dentist and dental nurse were very pleasant and helpful! I left my appointment three minutes after my original appointment time. I was very happy not to be in the waiting room for longer than five minutes

My family have been attending this dental practice for nearly 20 years. It has changed massively over the last few years.
Smaller compact waiting room with minimal seating.
Much of the space used to make more dental rooms for twice as many dentists as before. Which is good for patients but also not when you are waiting an hour after your scheduled appt time.
Should you wait this long there should be a discount of some sort.
Whilst I appreciate there are emergencies that take priority, myself and 2 children waited over an hour to have a regular check up.
With that many dentists you'd think they had an emergency dentist room. Half an hour is acceptable to wait an hour past your time is not. A 45 min appt turned in to well over 2 hours.
As with all corporate changes. Greed before patients should not be the priority.
