Appointment

My recent appointment was fine, however I recently received several emails regarding stain removal treatment that was being offered free of charge if you had a hygienist appointment in March. I did and so I rang to ask if I could have the treatment. I was told a 30 minute appointment was required and so I couldn’t. I was told I could have it the following day, but like most people I work and therefore couldn’t attend. It seems pointless that March hygienist appointments were not considered beforehand and made for 30 minutes knowing that the emails regarding the treatment were being sent out. Or was this just a pr exercise, so very limited people could receive a free treatment. Very disappointing!

Excellent result

Attended for a hygiene appointment and took advantage of a free tooth stain removal and whitening. Hygienist explained process. Excellent result and I would recommend and purchase again in the future.
