This was my first visit to Glen Mae dental practice. I was greeted by the very busy reception staff who were lovely and welcoming.
There were lots of patients waiting to be seen but I didn’t wait long before my name was called.
Meeting the dentist and his nurse I felt reassured I was in good hands.
I left feeling confident and looking forward to my next appointment!

I called for an emergency appointment as I was leaving for a holiday...and got an appt immediately. Kieran was friendly welcoming knowledgeable and reassuring. My issue was dealt with immediately and overall the service and experience were superb.

Emergency appointment
I had been in agony with toothache all weekend. I rang on Monday to obtain an appointment. The receptionist Gaynor secured me an emergency appointment but then rang back with an earlier one given my pain. This was exceptional service, thank you as she clearly recognised my desperation.
