I went to the surgery as an emergency patient as I had broken my tooth. I was seen the same day, dentist assessed my tooth, and did my treatment straight away.

From a happy greeting at reception to efficient time keeping on my appointment followed by smiley faces from the dental nurse and dentists to leaving the practice. Dentists can be daunting, the staff make it a happy place

I have a two hour + round trip to the surgery and have been a patient for over 30 years. I always arrive twenty minutes early so like to be seen on time. And book a double appointment.
