My experience
I had an emergency and went to the practice where I saw Nida Rizvi. She was so nice and friendly, very thorough and did a fantastic job. I did not have to wait long for my appointment and the reception staff were nice and friendly too. Well done all round to the practice and a big THANK YOU.

Pretti the Dentist is always so lovely and the hygienist I see is also excellent
My appointment was 9:10 .But it was actually 9:20. It was ok, but I had to inform my work i woukd be longer than I said. I paid for check up and a hygienist, but the £20 I paid over the phone towards the hygienist the week before was not taken off. It was removed after I queried it and refunded same day . Pretti the Dentist is always so lovely. The hygienist I see is also excellent. There seems to be a big push on cosmetic dentistry at the surgery.I can understand this brings in money, but please don't do this at the expense of NHS patients. Has always been a brilliant NHS dentist

Both the dental nurse and hygienist were very helpful, friendly and professional. Hygienist listened as I asked questions and explained the symptoms and responded with aftercare advice. A great experience.
