The dentist i seen is brilliant,he knew i was nervous and had my tooth out in no time,it was an emergency appointment but if i knew which surgery he was from i would definitely be joining ,excellent service from begining to end.

Absolutely love Dr Anike Sanni, she’s super professional, great at what she does and her charm puts you at ease.

I was greeted by the receptionist who kindly filled in my form as I hadn’t done it correctly. I was then seen by my dentist for a check up and small filling and she always makes me feel at ease. I don’t have the same fear of dentists now since coming to this practice.

The staff were polite and welcoming and efficient.

Today I had attended here to meet George (G) the Dentist who was really polite and nice as well as professional. What a considerate and lovely person he is! He made me feel so comfortable and relaxed from the moment I walked in. I’m so glad and relieved thank god (Alhumdulilah) I’m seeing a dentist finally after a couple of years of trying to get a dental appointment even for just a check up! Even though it was only an emergency appointment due to 6 months of continued pain and soreness 24/7 that I have to currently deal with. I’m so so happy with the service, advice and attention he gave to me and my (oral) health I.e my teeth. It’s people like him and healthcare professionals like him who make the journey and appointment worth it. I appreciate the care and advice he gave me. Thank you George! The reception staff the girls (Asian) sorry don’t get any names, were also so lovely and helpful even a smile goes along way. I booked an NHS appointment online as a new patient and received written confirmation. Two hours before the appointment, the practice called to say it would have to be private because they had no NHS availability. I kept the appointment due to concerns about my dental issue.

The clinic itself was clean and the staff were polite, but my experience with the dentist was extremely disappointing. I attended because of a loose tooth near the back of my mouth. An X-ray was taken, and although the dentist said it “wasn’t very clear,” it was not repeated. He then told me the looseness was caused by gum disease and that a deep clean was the only treatment option. Strangely, he also told me I did not have a wisdom tooth in that area, which left me confused.

The next day, I developed significant pain and swelling and saw an NHS emergency dentist. She repeated the X-ray, showed it to me directly, and clearly identified an infected wisdom tooth pushing against my other tooth—explaining both the looseness and the pain. I was prescribed antibiotics and referred for extraction.

This second assessment made it very clear that the original evaluation may have been seriously inaccurate. The infected wisdom tooth was plainly visible on the NHS X-ray, so I do not understand how it was missed—especially after the dentist acknowledged the first X-ray was unclear but chose not to repeat it. The rushed explanation, the insistence on gum disease as the only cause, and the claim that I had no wisdom tooth at all left me with avoidable pain, stress, and a deep lack of confidence in the care I received. In my view, this was a serious failure in the diagnostic process.

As an older patient I was very happy with the attention that was given to my requirements.
I always felt comfortable and listened to and the treatment was sympathetic and courteous.
I would recommend this practice to anyone.
