I am an exceptionally nervous patient who falls apart just at the thought of going to see a dentist, unfortunately I had an emergency requirement.
The Dentist and his assistant were amazing at helping to calm me including guiding me with my breathing. They granted access to my partner and explained to her what they were doing and showed her for visual recognition of my dental requirements.
They talked me through and guided me every step of the process and made a somewhat terrifying experience for me so much less terrifying and easier to deal with.
Wish every dentist was like this, I probably wouldn't be as scared!

Extraction
I attended at the clinic at 6:20, they gave me various options of what I wanted to happen to the tooth and they recommended also. I asked for it to be numb and try take it out. He put two injections in and then I sat back at reception while it kicked it and he then shouted me back in tested to see if I could feel anything. He then did an X-ray and proceeded to remove the tooth within 5 minutes it was out and no pain.
