Kind, caring, reassuring

Kind, caring, reassuring and professional after 10 days of agony with a damaged nerve and already seeing another dentist I was pain free after about 15 minutes, thank you, sorry I did not get the name of the dentist as I was a bit delirious with the pain but he was great!

My experience

Felt rushed out, when asking for advice was told my other issue wasn’t their problem which is fair enough but some help other than a leaflet would of been good, even advice on how to care for my teeth whilst I wait for other treatments. Won’t be coming back here.

My experience

I would like a refund for my service, I didn’t even sit on the chair and paid the full payment for. Check up without having one as my query was my wisdom tooth which they couldn’t take out here but I was referred by 111 as an emergency here?

Amazing with me

I was a very nervous patient as I hadn’t seen a dentist in 10 years due to poor mental health and a fear of being told I have disgusting teeth and having my confidence knocked even more.
The dentist was amazing with me, so patient and helpful, he fixed my tooth and made me feel a little better about the condition of my teeth. I will definitely return to a dentist after this experience, thank you so much.

Wonderful

When I arrived at the dentist the two ladies were very happy to help me and also the two people who took my teeth out were wonderful and they took their time with me because I was so stressed, I didnt like needles.

I received great service

I received great service both from reception and the dentists. I’ve received great treatments, what more could I ask for? The Dental Surgery is a very nice and neat environment, for me the best place I have received best dental treatment and surgery.
