Brilliant

I called that morning at 08:30, was spoken to by the receptionist, think she’s called Julie. Always polite and always helps. She was lovely, she said there wasn’t any appointments but said I could sit and wait at 1:30pm but couldn’t guarantee when I could go in, I got in straight away, the dentist gent was really nice and polite and read my notes. Gave me information I had asked for on the docs I e-signed. Had my filling, in no pain and was all done within 1HOUR. Couldn’t be happier, never had issues with this dentist practice! And all booked in in August for my scale and polish and check up. Brilliant. Thanks everyone for your help.

Clearly explained

The dentist had to change my treatment because of changes to the tooth. This was clearly explained and initial work on tooth carried out professionally, and more importantly, painlessly!

Emergency appointment

Had a tooth removed yesterday at Ravat and Ray Oldham. I phoned for an emergency appointment at 8.30 am. By 3 pm the tooth was gone after a week of severe pain. The treatment I received from everyone was friendly courteous and professional. Thank you again.

Absolutely fantastic service. I have a phobia against dentist but from entering the building to leaving my experience was excellent. 3 injection an xray and tooth extraction from a phobic patient means pain free excellence.
