Polite and friendly
The dentist I saw yesterday was very polite and friendly made me feel at ease. I spoke to him about being a private patient at the practice and he was really helpful and filled me in on alot of grey areas. Thank you so much for the professional experience.

Actually seen by dentist 40 minutes late. Appointment was for checkup and was in and out in 2 minutes. Surgery was still being cleaned from the previous patient. I felt like the checkup was rushed to make up the time.

The nurse was rude, she didn’t show any empathy. She was in a hurry, she filled my tooth within 2 minutes and it wasn’t done properly.

I had an emergency appointment the reception staff were friendly and welcoming and the dentist I saw was lovely and really put me at ease the only thing I was upset about is that they weren't able to take new patients as this surgery would definitely be my first choice.
