Excellent, polite and thorough
The dentist whom I believe is leaving the practice was excellent, polite and thorough in her work. Not being the best of patients I was put at ease and my treatment was done in a timely manner.

The Greek lady dentist sorry don't know her name , I want to say etna but I'm probably wrong is absolutely fantastic ,so professional but puts you so at ease ,if this lady ever decides to leave I'm afraid I'd have to ho as well ,she need to be paid the top salary she is that brilliant. And also all the staff the more mature lady with dark hair on reception is also lovley
Thank you from a grateful patient but a bit miffed at the charge for NHS treatment £67 for an app and extraction is a bit steep .

The care and compassion
The care and compassion, after seeing an emergency dentist on Monday with a bad experience I came last night to yourselves and felt much more comfortable. Everything was explained to me and I now have no pain.

Quality of work
I was very impressed with the overall service from start to finish from the receptionist to the two very polite ladies that carried out my treatment the way they made me feel at ease during the work making conversation which helped take my mind off what was going on as dentists, in general, have never been a favourite place of mine so thanks very much to all. The price, efficiency and quality of work carried out were second to none and I would highly recommend it.

Wow this place was great
Wow this place was great, the dentist really reassured me during the procedure and made it quick, easy and painless, she was lovely, she let me explain what had happened previously and gave me my options after my x-ray. It would have been nice to clarify one or two more things with her but I suppose as it was an emergency and she’s not my normal dentist she wouldn’t have been able to clarify much more. On the whole a good experience, the receptionist staff were okay too, it’s not the same customer service as private treatment but I was happy with the end result.
