Highly recommend this practice
I arrived two hours early for my appointment ( message to self, always check appointment times). The receptionist asked the dentist if she could fit me in early, which thankfully, she was able to do. I had a sliver of a root which had snapped off from an extraction by a previous dental practice. The whole procedure, including injections and removal, was totally pain-free, I never even felt the injections. Both the dentist and the dental nurse were highly professional and exceedingly friendly. I highly recommend this practice especially to people who are scared of the dentist. Thank you.

Visited today for an emergency dental appointment. From walking in to leaving I was impressed.
The lady on the reception desk was helpful and the dentist and dental nurse kind and gentle (despite having a partial root canal filling). The dentist carefully explained what treatment was required to attempt to soothe my 24/7 toothache. He then undertook this there and then.
The surgery was clean and tidy and had ample parking.
NHS dental surgeons seem to get a lot of bad press. Unfairly in my opinion. This place is the gold standard as far as I am concerned.
Overall I would recommend this place.

Kind, supportive
The service provided has always been fantastic but today the staff present during my visit went beyond their job remit.
I struggle with anxiety but thought I'd overcome the fear of going to the dentist- today unfortunately I struggled and got upset. The staff were not just kind, but were supportive in a non judgemental way. They offered reassurance and carried out the appointment in a professional way.
The staff showed great people skills and I am grateful for their support.
